Financial Wealth Builders
A Collective Youth Empowerment Program

The Money Mindfulness™ Youth Program is Incourage Life’s financial empowerment program designed to introduce young people to the knowledge, mindset, and practical skills needed to make informed financial decisions and begin building a strong financial future.
Through age-appropriate, interactive learning, participants explore how money works, how financial decisions affect their future, and how saving, investing, entrepreneurship, ownership, and wealth building can become part of their lives long before adulthood.
Because we believe the conversation about wealth should begin early.
Young people are constantly developing beliefs and behaviors around money—often before they ever earn their first paycheck.
The Money Mindfulness™ Youth Program creates an opportunity to introduce a different conversation early.
We don’t want young people to enter adulthood knowing only how to spend and earn money.
We want them to understand how to:
Manage it. Save it. Grow it. Protect it. Build with it. And eventually pass it forward.
The program combines practical financial education with conversations about mindset, decision-making, ownership, possibility, and long-term wealth creation.
95 (%) of students successfully improved their financial literacy comprehension and self-confidence.
98 (%) of students indicated that they are highly likely to recommend the program to a friend.
100 (%) of students who attended the program shared stories and anecdotal data of positive progress towards the long-term outcomes.
Financial education tells young people what to do with money. Money Mindfulness™ also asks them to think about who they are becoming with money.
The program introduces financial strategy while encouraging participants to become more conscious of their beliefs, decisions, possibilities, and relationship with wealth.
Young people aren’t simply taught:
“Save your money.”
They’re encouraged to understand:
Why am I saving? What can money create? What is an asset? How can money grow? What does ownership mean? What kind of financial future do I want to create?
Our goal is not simply financial literacy.
It’s financial empowerment.
The Money Mindfulness™ Youth Program is an immersive 12-week financial empowerment experience designed for young people ages 14–19.
Rather than introducing financial concepts through one-time workshops, participants have the opportunity to spend twelve weeks developing their financial knowledge, exploring wealth-building concepts, practicing financial decision-making, and expanding how they think about money, ownership, and their financial futures.
The program combines education, conversation, practical application, interactive experiences, and reflection to help participants move from simply learning financial concepts to understanding how those concepts apply to their own lives.
